Prices - Summer Summit

PRICE CONTAINS:

– 4x90min of workshops for each level (P2-P6)
– 3 all night parties
– accomodation for 3 nights in 2 or 3-bed rooms (there will be a number of single rooms with extra charge)
– meals: 3 breakfasts, 3 dinners
– hot drinks during parties (probably during workshops too)
– drinking water
– swimming pool/jacuzzi/sauna/sports courts (outdoors)

A lot of smiles, humor, social, friends, knowledge, fun and West Coast Swing! 🙂

ATTENTION – ROOMS!

We do not guarantee whether you will get a double or a triple room.
Of course, you can let us know which room you’d prefer and with whom, but if it turns out that we have too many people to accommodate everyone in doubles, we will have to assign triples – you need to be aware of this.
If someone writes in the comments (which you are welcome to do) that they only want a double room and nothing else, it may happen that we will have to put you on a waiting list, depending on who registered before you (and how many people wrote the same thing 😉 😛 ).
A single room is available. If you would like a single, you need to add 90 EUR to the pass price. The same rule applies as for double rooms – if you specify that you only want a single and nothing else, there might not be enough space to accommodate you.
Of course, we will do our best to fulfill your requests, but due to the limited number of hotel rooms and the number of applications, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.

Early Bird: 1500zł / 370EUR

until 18.02.2025 (included)

Normal Bird: 1650zł / 410EUR

until 18.03.2025 (included)

Late Bird: 1800zł / 450EUR

Payment rules

Payment terms – 14 days from confirmation email – whole amount or pre-payment

How to divide your payment:

Pre-payment: 220 EUR (in 14 days after approval term)
Second instalment: you have to top up to the full price of your pass and it has to be done before the end of May 2025

Bank accounts / Paypal / Cash – all info you will get in confirmation email

Rules for PRE-PAYMENT:

– the pre-payment is non-refundable.

– if you chose pre-payment option you’re obliged to pay the full price before the dates given in the table below.

– if it happens that you’ve already paid the pre-payment but won’t be able to come to the event, you still have to make the full payment, or find someone else who would like to take your place.

What if I need to resign?

(not possible if you choose the option with pre-payment and installments)
You can’t resign if you chose to divide your payment, but there is such a possibility if you paid the entire amount right away.

How does it work?

– if you resign before end of May, you get 50% of your money back
– if you want to resign from the beginning of June – well, there’s no such possibility 🙂
